Thanks for the review and we're really glad that you had a good time. We actually had the same number of vendors sampling their products as last year. In fact, you probably got more samples this year because of better forecasting by the vendors. Even though attendance was higher than last year the vendors were much better stocked for the crowds this year and I don't think any ran out of samples to give. Plus we had more classes with samples and the Valhrona bar upon entry. We split the day into more sampling sessions so that there wouldn't be as many people in the main room at the same time. I'm glad you took advantage of that to be able to talk with the chocolatiers and chocolate makers. They're a very interesting and passionate group of people.
The vendors were permitted to sell products last year, although probably more of them did so this year. There was an ATM in the lobby of the Conference Centre which hopefully you were able to find if you wanted to purchase something from a vendor that didn't have their credit card reader set up. We'll do a better job of letting people know they can purchase things next year.
